Do you do art trades/free art?
No, I do not offer art trades or free art. All commissions must be paid for as outlined in the Terms of Service.Am I allowed to post the commission on my social media?
Yes, you are allowed to post the commissioned artwork on your social media and any website, as long as you give proper credit to me as the artist.Am I allowed to use the commission as a profile picture?
Yes, you may use the commissioned artwork as a profile picture on social media and other platforms, with proper credit given to me.Will I own all rights to the commissioned artwork ?
No, I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP) but not the artwork itself.Can I use your art for commercial purposes?
No, the commissioned artwork cannot be used for commercial purposes unless we have specifically discussed and agreed upon it.What happens if I'm not satisfied with the final artwork?
During the WIP phase, I will send drafts for your approval and revisions. After the final product is sent, you can request up to three small adjustments for free. Additional changes will incur a fee.Can you explain the payment options?_
Payment can be made in USD via PayPal. The payment is 50% of the final price for the down payment and 50% after the sketch is approved.What if I need to cancel my commission?
If you cancel before I start, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after work has begun, a 50% kill fee will apply. General Terms
- Prices may vary based on demand.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission.
- My boundaries must be respected.
- I may stream the commission process on YouTube; inform me if you're uncomfortable with this.
- Respectful communication is essential; any rudeness, refusal to pay, or bargaining will result in refusal of your commission and a ban on future commissions.
- Completion time ranges from 2 hours to 1 month, depending on factors such as complexity and personal circumstances.Payment & Refunds
- Payment:
- Accepted currency is USD via PayPal with 50% of the base price's down payment first and 50% after draft approval.
- No refunds after draft approval.
- Maximum of three small adjustments after the final product; additional changes require a fee.
- Tips do not count as payment.
- Refunds:
- Full refund if I cannot start your commission.
- Full refund if you cancel before I start.
- 50% kill fee if you cancel after work has begun.Revisions

- I, the artist:
- Reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
- Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- Will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
- Will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless terms are broken.
- Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, YouTube videos, and publications such as art books.
- You, the client:
- May upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
- May not profit from the commissioned piece (e.g., making prints for selling, reselling, redistributing).
- May not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
- Retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
- May not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless agreed upon.
- May not use the commissioned piece for NFTs or AI-generated works.
Commission Process
1. Initial Contact:
- The order is placed by sending me a direct message (DM).
- We discuss and confirm the type of commission you want.
- I provide you with the full price based on the type of commission and any additional fees.2. Down Payment:
- Once the commission details are confirmed, you will be required to make a down payment.
- 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch approval.3. WIP (Work-In-Progress) Phase:
- I will begin working on your commission and send you drafts at various stages.
- During this phase, you can request adjustments and revisions to ensure the artwork meets your expectations.4. Final Artwork:
- After the WIP phase and once all adjustments are made, I will complete the final artwork.
- You will receive a preview of the final piece for your approval.5. Delivery:
- Upon final approval and receipt of any remaining payment, I will email you the high-resolution, no-watermark version of the artwork.
- The final payment (if applicable) must be made before the high-resolution artwork is sent.Thanks for reading!
